She captioned the clip: “But if I take a week off everything will fall apart? It is not right.’

At the beginning of the video, she told her followers that her business “conspiracy theory” is the “hill.” [she] will continue to die.’

“If you are both good at your job and pleasant to work with, and if you have a good personality, you will never get promoted,” she explained.

She noted that those in junior positions believed they had to be friendly and productive to get promoted, while those in ‘executive’ positions were neither friendly nor good at their jobs.

“If you’re a VP or director level, you can be very good at your job or pleasant to work with, you don’t have to be both,” she added.

Jacqueline claimed that the people who did the actual work were often left at the bottom of the corporate pool, without receiving any recognition or validation for their achievements.

“If you’re here where all the real work is being done and there’s no direction being given, no strategy being set, they’re never going to let in an employee who is both good at the job and good at keeping a smile on his face while If you do the work, climb the ladder,” she explained.

The content creator noted that this was because employers knew that friendly employees would not complain.
