Woman claims bridesmaid stole bachelorette party fund and accused her of bullying

A woman who went viral after claiming one of her bridesmaids stole hundreds of dollars from her bachelorette party fund has revealed that the alleged thief has now accused her of “bullying” for sharing the story on TikTok.

The bride passing by Spanish hippy online, 34, from Boston, Massachusetts, posted a video earlier this month describing how one of her friends offered to put the cost of her bachelorette party on her credit card — but when some of the other ladies sent her their share of the bill , she ran off with the money and never actually booked anything.

The two soon became embroiled in a nasty feud over the money – which became so intense that the courts had to get involved.

And after the woman spoke out about the drama online, she said the “rogue bridesmaid” has now claimed she has filed a report against her for “harassment and bullying.”

The bride, who goes online by Hispana Hippie, from Boston, posted a video earlier this month detailing how one of her friends offered to put the cost of her bachelorette party on her card

But when some of the other ladies sent her their share of the bill, she ran off with the money and never posted anything

“Storytime on how my ex-best friend and bridesmaid became the villain of my wedding,” she said in the original video, which has now been viewed more than 6.3 million times.

After speaking out about the drama online, the woman said the ‘rogue bridesmaid’ has now claimed she has filed a report against her for ‘harassment and bullying’

“I got married a year ago and before my wedding my bridesmaids got together to throw me a bachelorette party.

“They decided to split the cost equally, and a bridesmaid offered to put the property on her credit card.”

The bride explained that two of the bridesmaids “immediately sent her their share of the cost” — about $390 in total.

But after she received the payments, the “rogue bridesmaid” told everyone that she “wouldn’t be able to use the credit card again because her husband wouldn’t let her.”

“She said she would like to return the money,” Hispana Hippie continued. Another bridesmaid then stepped forward and said she would like to pay with her credit card.

“She asked the villain bridesmaid to send the two portions she’d already received plus her own portion.”

But according to the TikToker, the “rogue bridesmaid” never sent the money. And when it came time for the bachelorette party, the woman didn’t show up.

The rest of the bridesmaids decided to approach her at the wedding rehearsal dinner, but she avoided giving them the money they owed.

The TikToker added that “weeks” after that, the women all “went back and forth” to get payment from the “rogue bridesmaid.” In the end, they decided to take her to civil court

“During the wedding rehearsal, the rest of the bridesmaids gathered and asked her to please refund the two portions she had already received plus her own portions, as all this had already been paid for,” the bride explained.

“She insisted she do it, grabbed her husband and said she was going to the ATM. She left to get the money and didn’t come back.’

The next day at the wedding, the bride said the “rogue bridesmaid” evaded payments again and ended up leaving early without giving them the money.

The TikToker added that “weeks” after that, the women all “went back and forth” to get payment from the “rogue bridesmaid.”

“She refused and said she didn’t have to pay that much because she didn’t attend the bachelorette party,” she continued.

“Unfortunately this was already paid for, so the maid of honor who [paid] had now gone through a considerable amount.

“This girl accepted payments from the other two bridesmaids, but wouldn’t pay it in advance when she ended up paying nothing at all.”

The social media user added that no one told her about what was happening at the time as they wanted her to have a “stress free” wedding, but in the end they let her join the drama.

Luckily, she said that after her video received massive attention online, she finally got the money – but now she’s facing a lawsuit herself

She said: “I received a text from our villain saying she had filed three police reports and was trying to charge me with harassment and bullying. We have the court in two weeks’

“When I found out that this bridesmaid had stolen money from the other two bridesmaids and now that my other friend of more than a decade had lost hundreds of dollars, I was furious,” she said. “So I did what any smart b***h would do, I helped her file a civil lawsuit.”

Hispana Hippie said the “rogue bridesmaid” evaded all their calls, texts and emails — and didn’t even show up at court.

The judge ultimately ruled in favor of the “rogue bridesmaid,” and in an update video posted this week, the bride said she finally had the money, but can now sue herself.

“You … she finally paid,” she said. “Payments have been filed with the court and dismissal has been filed.

“However, I received a text threat from our thug saying she filed three police reports and tried to charge me with harassment and bullying. So we have a court case in two weeks. Stay tuned.’

While thinking about the incident InsiderHispana Hippie, who chose to keep her name hidden for privacy reasons, admitted she was extremely hurt by the whole ordeal.

“I thought this person really cared about me,” she said.

She added that she has “done nothing but telling the truth” and that she thinks the ex-girlfriend’s claim that she reported her to the police is a lie to scare her.
