OnlyFans model banned from the platform after accidentally recording a raunchy video with an underage fan
A woman says she was banned from OnlyFans after filming a raunchy video with a fan who hadn’t turned 18 yet.
Michelle Comi, an Instagram model from Italy, revealed in a now-deleted TikTok video that she launched a contest for a loyal fan to co-create content with her.
The adult star, believed to be in his late 20s, explained that the shoot went well, but her film partner did not reveal his date of birth, and she assumed “in confidence” that the teen – believed to be 17 years old – was over 18 .
Michelle has since come under fire for posting a video featuring an under-18 employee, with OnlyFans “cancelling” the video and then throwing her off the platform for breaking the rules.
While the age of consent in Italy is 14, OnlyFans’ rules state that only people over the age of 18 can access or post content on the site.

She explained, “I made a selection and we shot the video.”
“I had to choose a guy from my subscribers to shoot the video with. After several selections I chose and met him.’
“Everything went well, we shot the video, but I hadn’t gotten him to sign the paperwork yet.”
“He skipped his year of birth 2005, so for obvious reasons the video cannot be distributed. Actually, it shouldn’t exist. And it has indeed been cancelled.’
“It was my fault, I should have let him sign everything sooner, but since it was my first time doing it, I kind of started trusting.”

‘Now I’m looking for a partner again. The boy got smart, but I hope he at least had a good time.’
The news comes after it was announced that children from the age of 13 can create accounts on OnlyFans.
A BBC investigation found that young people under the age of 18 were able to set up accounts on the adult website using false documents or IDs of older relatives.
Once, a 14-year-old girl was able to open an account using her grandmother’s passport and bank details, police said.
The company also found that a 17-year-old from the south east of England had been able to sell videos of herself performing sexual acts and using sex toys on the platform.
The teen used a fake ID to create her account and received £5,000 in payments from the site within a week, prompting the bank to block her account.
There have also been reports of underage girls participating in videos on adult accounts in the US, in violation of the company’s terms and conditions.
School security guards also revealed that children as young as 12 used the site to contact other adult content creators and request a meeting.
Meanwhile, children’s charity Childline told the BBC that a girl had reported to them that she had been using the site since she was 13.
