In a YouTube video, Samantha revealed that she is now a size 16 for the first time since high school.

She said the way she thought about her life changed on her 25th birthday.

“When I turned 25, for some reason that put the rest of my life into perspective. “I realized I didn’t want to live like this for the rest of my twenties,” she explained.

After going through a significant period of binge eating, she gained 30 pounds in the span of two months and couldn’t even scratch her own back due to her weight. It was then that she realized she needed a change.

Despite trying to lose weight in the past, she hasn’t had any luck as she struggles with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), which makes it “harder to lose weight.”

She decided to start her weight loss journey because she felt “dirty in her own skin,” “hated existence,” and was “physically” uncomfortable.

Samantha started using Zepbound, which she describes as “just a tool.”

“This drug is not a miracle cure,” she admitted.

She explained what aspects of her life the weight-loss drug has helped her with, including eliminating her “food noise.”

The influencer explained: ‘It really eases my cravings so I can eat smaller portions.

‘I no longer think about food 24/7.

“My entire adult life and perhaps part of my teenage years, my world has revolved around food.

‘I used to think it was something primary, yes, of course I still think about food, sometimes that’s normal when you’re hungry, you start thinking about food.

“But I woke up and I thought about food, I thought about my breakfast, I thought about my lunch and my dinner and every moment of the day was taken up with food and I thought everyone had to deal with that and was dealing with that.

‘I just thought other people had better control over it than I did. I had no idea how quiet your mind could be without the food noise. That’s one of the biggest things this medicine has solved for me and freed me from: the food noise.”

Samantha explained that after losing weight, she was still trying to re-center herself and her relationship with food.

She explained that while she wasn’t on a strict diet, she did make sure she started eating “intuitively.”

‘I feel like I can eat whatever I want and not obsess over food and my next meal. “I’m really focusing on healing my relationship with food,” she said.

“People are starting to be nicer to me, this is something I’ve noticed,” she said.

‘I don’t think we should treat people differently based on their weight and to see the difference in the way people talk about me, leave comments about me.’

She also revealed that her engagement on TikTok and Instagram has “skyrocketed” since she shed pounds.
