A 64-year-old woman has stunned the internet after revealing how she keeps looking fit and youthful – and it’s all about diet.

Harrah Brown from the US took to TikTok to explain her 90/10 diet rule as she showed off her groceries.

The mother of four, whose children are now all grown, explained that her eating habits consist of consuming “90 percent nutritious foods while eating at home and 10 percent fun foods when eating out.”

She claimed that the regime, combined with exercise, had helped her ‘lose menopausal belly fat and become leaner and stronger’.

In the clip, which has been viewed more than 13,700 times to date, Harrah addresses the camera directly as she unpacks her shopping bags.

“Frozen blueberries, olive oil, malt – that’s almond milk for the one cup of coffee I drink a day,” she shared.

She then pulled Fristachios and Gruyère cheese with salmon and halibut fillets as a protein source during dinner.

‘Cchicken fillet, half a pound of seasoned roast beef, rblueberries, cucumber, romaine lettuce, cilantro,” were the items that were then pulled out.

She then held up her zero percent Fage yogurt as she gushed, “I love these because they have 16 grams of protein each.”

But Harrah, who insists she didn’t start training until age 61, dit doesn’t stop there – she rounds off her messages with ffresh crushed peanut butter, green cabbage, limes and a lemon.

‘EThese are the types of foods I buy regularly,” the content creator shared with her 115,000 followers.

“You’ll notice I don’t buy sweets: no cookies, no cakes, no snacks, no ice cream, no processed foods.”
