In the clip, which has been viewed more than 3.8 million times, Samantha begins by telling followers, “So I actually have two Guinness World Records now.”

She holds up her original certificate, which she received in 2021, before proudly stating, “I hold the Guinness World Record for the largest mouth opening for a woman.”

The social media star then opens her mouth to reveal the 2.56-inch gap.

But then she shares her latest achievement and says: ‘And then I officially have the widest mouth in the world.’

Samantha then shows off the shocking 4.07-inch width.

Her followers quickly went into a frenzy as many labeled her as a dentist’s “dream patient.”

A third agreed: ‘I always thought it was a filter! That is amazing!’

To get her first certificate, Samantha had to prove that her mouth was “all natural” and that she had “no surgery.”

Securing verification with the Guinness team took more than six months and involved a rigorous process of measurements.

Samantha previously said that her mouth was always the biggest feature of her face when she looked in the mirror.

She started her social media accounts in 2019 and quickly emphasized her uniqueness, writing in her TikTok bio, “No, it’s not a filter… it’s just my face.”

Samantha, who has appeared on The Ellen Show, Italia’s Got Talent and CBS This Morning, now regularly posts challenges on TikTok, but also has a podcast with friend James titled Weird And Proud in which they discuss a range of topics from aliens to colonoscopies.

On Samantha’s website, she says, “Making people laugh through the power of weird, plus singing, acting, and creating.”
