Woman, 27, who put biohacker Bryan Johnson’s $2 MILLION-a-year anti-aging routine to the test reveals what it’s REALLY like to try and cheat death

Staying young forever is not for the faint of heart, according to a woman who recently tried it.

While biohacker millionaire Bryan Johnson says it's never too early to start rolling back your age, those who are a few million short of getting on the Blueprint Diet may not be as inclined to try it — unless Johnson you are invited to give it a try.

The Californian tech mogul has made headlines for his controversial and ruthless attempt to live forever, spending $2 million a year on age reversal regimes and following the strict Blueprint diet.

Curious about how other people are affected by it, he challenged Blueprint's chief marketing officer, 27-year-old Kate Tolo, to try the infamous program.

Johnson, 46, had made headlines for his all-out quest to live forever, which included guzzling 80 vitamins and minerals a day and eating 30 pounds of pureed vegetables a month.

Bryan, 46, claims he now has the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old and the fitness of an 18-year-old, admitting he was curious to see how this affected his younger age. , female colleague in a 30-day trial period.

She has been following the highly regimented program since 2020 and works with a team of 30 doctors to effectively restart his body blueprint.

His regimen involves guzzling 80 vitamins and minerals a day and eating 30 pounds of pureed vegetables a month.

'Kate worked with me behind the scenes on Blueprint [for three years]he explained in a YouTube video, outlining what she could look forward to in the next thirty days.

'[She] saw everything, she saw me go through the entire process. She sat in the front row and said, “I think I can do this and here's why.”

The 27-year-old outlined her goals and what her day-to-day life was like, saying she planned to maintain her weight but be healthier overall – and admitted she's not someone who exercises regularly, which is a could be a challenge.

“My goal is to achieve a 100 percent sleep score every night, which means I can't shift my bedtime due to work deadlines or partying,” Kate explained.

She then outlined her diet plans and said she would eat the same foods every day, which consists of consuming 1,700 calories of Bryan's Blueprint foods, noting, “Nothing added and nothing missed.”

In the video posted to Bryan's YouTube channel, Kate admitted that the exercise part would be “tough.”

While she didn't follow exactly the same plan as Bryan's, she did take some basic tests that dictated what she needed to work on — including what supplements she needed and workouts.

At times it dawned on Kate how difficult it would be to cope with her new lifestyle while maintaining her work and social life

Her workout routine included 13 minutes of high-intensity and 39 minutes of moderate strength and flexibility training

“That includes the powders, the olive oil, the chocolate, the iodine drops – everything will be included,” Kate explained.

Like Bryan, Kate also took supplements, taking sixty pills every day to correct some deficiencies and putting in a blood glucose meter.

“This exercise will be very hard for me,” Kate admitted.

'Every day I do 13 minutes of high intensity and 39 minutes of moderate strength and flexibility training.'

After the basic testing, she recalled, “I could only get five push-ups, which puts me at age 74, my flexibility was the equivalent of age 90, and my grip strength is the equivalent of age 67. So about overall not great. .'

Kate admitted that receiving her test results was a 'humiliating and embarrassing experience' as she realized how difficult it would be to cope with her new lifestyle whilst maintaining her work and social life.

“I will have to manage my entire normal life, my work, my friends and my family in combination with adopting this new lifestyle,” she added.

Another part of the trial that Kate was nervous about was getting enough sleep, with the aim of getting at least eight hours and monitoring this using aura rings and a Whoop, a heart monitor.

Several times, Kate spoke about the struggle with managing her work and social life, adjusting different parts of her day until she found something that worked.

“I decided to pursue something similar to Brian,” she explained. “I woke up, did my morning chores, worked out, ate, all before starting my work day.”

A few days later, Kate admitted that she was feeling 'depressed' and struggling with the mental side of the Blueprint process.

“It's day four and I'm wondering if this is for me, if I'm really going to do this,” she said. 'It is much.'

She added that she also found it difficult because she holds herself to high standards, and admitted that her ego took a hit as she struggled with the diet and exercise regime.

After just a week of following the Blueprint Plan, Kate said she was already feeling the benefits of sleeping eight hours straight.

She also talked about planning “Blueprint Friendly” activities, noting that she planned a walk with her visiting cousin and bought her a ready-made meal.

After 30 days, Kate revealed that her VO2 Max results (the maximum oxygen consumption that can be achieved during physical exercise) had increased from the 51st percentile to the 93rd percentile

After a few weeks of working on the plan, with Kate's strength steadily improving through continued strength training, she and Bryan went on a trial run, something she said she wouldn't have tried before.

At the end of the 30 days, Kate took all the basic tests again to see if her health had improved.

She revealed that her VO2 Max results (the maximum oxygen consumption that can be achieved during physical exercise) had gone from the 51st percentile to the 93rd percentile.

“I didn't expect any improvement here,” she admitted.

“So the top seven percent within my age and gender, that's a significant improvement in four weeks.”

She said she had six major mineral and vitamin deficiencies that could be corrected with supplements, her body fat had decreased by four percent and she had gotten an extra 40 minutes of deep sleep a night.

“I'm devastated,” Kate said in surprise. “I didn't think my body could change so much in just 30 days.”

Kate said she still followed the Blueprint's “basics” of maintaining good sleep, exercise and diet, but not as strictly as Bryan.

However, she encouraged anyone who wanted to make even “small changes” in their lives to do so.

“This has been such a transformative journey,” she said. “At the end of the day, I'm living better now than I was thirty days ago.”
