Monumental spokespersons did not immediately respond to DailyMail.com’s request for confirmation.

Winger has been the right-hand man of Clippers president Lawrence Frank since 2017. During that time, the team added superstars like Kawhi Leonard and Paul George while failing to make it past the conference finals.

In Washington, Winger inherits a 35-47 team that could lose two of its top players this summer: Kristaps Porzingis and Kyle Kuzma.
