Willow Smith, 22, and Jaden Smith, 25, aren’t exactly fans of their mom’s latest press tour, according to a source who spoke to Entertainment tonight.
The insider said the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star’s children “feel bad for their dad because of all the recent headlines about their parents.”
They added that both Smith children wished “some of their family’s private matters to remain private.”
The main issue the source seemed to be referring to in the interview was Jada Pinkett Smith’s revelation that she and her husband had actually been divorced for seven years.
Although the devoted children felt sorry for their famous father, a source told DailyMail.com that they experienced mixed emotions following their mother’s revelations, with both Willow and Jaden also feeling a bit relieved that the truth was out.

“Although Jaden and Willow love their mother immensely and adopt many of her behaviors and traits, they are very relieved that the news is finally out so everyone can get on with it as normal,” the source revealed to DailyMail.com.
The siblings reportedly felt extremely “uncomfortable” when having to dodge questions about the state of their parents’ relationship over the years.
However, despite their relief that the truth was finally public knowledge, both Willow and Jaden felt like the news “didn’t help” the Men in Black star on his own journey.
“They know he’s been through a lot lately and this isn’t helping,” said the insider who spoke to Entertainment Tonight.
Despite the public airing of the Smith family drama, the I Am Legend star reportedly still “loves Jada.”
The same source added: “He has always supported her and always will.”
However, that support doesn’t mean the Bad Boys star isn’t paying attention to his own needs.
The same insider noted, “He has tried to provide support while also taking care of himself.”
Will remains strong amid the media storm and is reportedly trying “not to be influenced by outside noise.”

The source who spoke to DailyMail.com added that while Willow has typically sided with her mother in matters, she was “angry” at the Worthy author for airing so much dirty laundry in public, which backs up the claims of the source in the Entertainment Tonight report confirmed.
“She doesn’t know why her mother had to air all their dirty laundry to the world. She feels like she is being laughed at by all her peers,” the insider pointed out.
Meanwhile, the latest scandal appears to be the icing on the proverbial cake for Jaden, who once requested emancipation from his parents at the age of 15 (he ultimately never went through with it).
“Jaden has had so many issues with them, and this has always been very difficult for him to deal with,” said the insider who spoke to DailyMail.com.
