Wife is charged with murder after partner was found dead in a house in Epping, north-west Sydney

A woman has been arrested and charged with murder after her partner was found dead in a house.

The man was found dead at 11am on Saturday after police were called to conduct a welfare check at a home on Damon Avenue in Epping, in Sydney’s northwest.

The man has not yet been formally identified, but police believe the man is the woman’s husband.

A woman was arrested on Saturday and charged with the man’s murder. Police believe the man is the woman’s husband.

The woman was taken to Gladesville police station on Saturday morning after her arrest in Epping.

On Saturday evening, the 60-year-old woman was charged with murder.

The woman was refused bail and will appear in Parramatta Local Court on Sunday.
