- A trio of football stars can’t party in Las Vegas
- They are all minors under US law
- Clubs have headed to Sin City for the NRL season opener
NRL clubs are prepared for the reality that players will be left hanging after next week’s huge season opener in Las Vegas.
But there are a handful of unlucky stars who won’t be partying on the world-famous strip in Nevada.
Sydney Roosters gun Joseph Suaalii and South Sydney’s Davvy Moale and Jye Gray are all under 21, which is the legal age to drink and enter nightclubs in Nevada.
According to the Sydney Morning Herald, footy clubs are telling their stars to stay away from party venues in Vegas before their matches at Allegiant Stadium. but I made plans for a night out afterwards.
Clubs work with security teams to ensure they are kept in a safe environment. All teams will be based at the Resorts World hotel.

Sydney Roosters pistol Joseph Suaalii will not join teammates at nightlife venues
Suaalii, Moale and Gray are not allowed to enter bars and nightclubs during the trip. What is painful for Moale is that his birthday falls twenty days after the trip, while Suaalii turns 21 in August.
Bunnies Stay Gray is still only 19 and is unlikely to feature in Vegas as he has been included as a depth player in the squad.
Souths will spend two nights in Sin City after their match against Manly before flying home.
Rabbitohs captain Cameron Murray will have plenty of reason to celebrate after welcoming his first child with fiancée Miranda Cross.
The couple shared images of their beautiful daughter Avalon on social media after Murray proposed to his partner on a Sydney beach in 2023 after seven years of dating.
“Our little girl is here. Avalon Georgia Murray born February 13, 2024,” Miranda posted.
‘We had the most magical week and loved every moment together. You are more than we could ever have imagined for our Avy girl, perfect in every way.
‘A life together will never be long enough.’
The young couple were congratulated by the Rabbitohs on social media.
