A man has sparked controversy by sharing a typical ‘day in the life’ of a 28-year-old with a desk job.
Centerfrom Dallas, revealed that while he works from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., many have transferred the standard principles of 9-5 jobs.
Thousands have called his routine “more terrifying than anything imaginable,” with Hub himself claiming that “every day is a blessing.”
Hub shared a video of his “monotonous” schedule that begins when he arrives at work a little before 7 a.m. and then spends most of his morning checking emails and “fighting little things.” .
He takes his lunch break at the same time every day – 11 a.m. – and eats at his desk before returning to work.

Then Hub usually takes a water break to stretch his legs before the last part of the work.
‘I hit shop for a few things on the way home,” he shared, revealing his shopping list of fresh berries, lettuce leaves, bananas and milk.
The 28-year-old usually spends some time working out and lifting weights in his backyard after returning home.
Then he makes a protein smoothie and goes for a walk with his dog Benny.
After walking his pup, Hub showers and cooks for himself before watching some television to unwind.
Many were “appalled” by the man’s unchanging routine and shared their views on the 9-5 lifestyle.
“Dude lives in a modern prison,” someone said. “It’s witness protection in the movie.”
“Sorry, this is making me depressed. We are made for more,” wrote another.
“This is the life I want to escape from, it looks so sad,” said a third.
But others dreamed of a life like Hub’s.
“I’ve seen a lot of more terrifying things out there,” one man wrote. “To be fed, sheltered and safe is a luxury most of your fellow human beings do not have.”
A second said: ‘White-collar job, nice house, nice neighborhood, sturdy car, cute dog, enough money to buy healthy food, enough bandwidth to cook and exercise. Schedule some vacation time, and this is top notch compared to the majority.”
‘Doing the work to earn a good income with healthy habits, insane respect. The only people who call this depressing are losers or still in high school,” another replied.
