Domenica Calarco of Married At First Sight is set to interview some of her former castmates in her own Channel Nine web series.

But one bride not taking part is Tamara Djordjevic, who turned down the performance after being approached by producers.

The 30-year-old explained her decision on Instagram, saying: “We all got an email to see if we would do a Zoom catch-up with Dom.

‘They wrote in the email’ [it would be] “a lighthearted conversation”. No thank you. Do you actually talk to people you don’t like to tell about how your life is going?’

She added, “I have more important things to do and five seconds of airtime on that TV show isn’t at the top of my priority list.”

Many other disgruntled former MAFS stars were outraged on Tuesday when Nine.com.au officially announced Domenica’s new show.

However, the web show was met with resistance from some cast members who accused the network of favoritism towards Dom.

There’s a feeling that several MAFS stars were unfairly portrayed as “villains” so that Domenica could get a glowing edit.

When the trailer dropped Tuesday morning, people like Daniel Holmes, Jackson Lonie, Carolina Santos and Olivia Frazer spoke out against the move.

‘No thank you. Do you actually talk to people you don’t like to tell about how your life is going?’ Tamara explained

But Domenica did get support from Abbie Chatfield, who wrote on Instagram: “The jealousy of ex-participants in these comments is so funny.”

In response to the show’s announcement, Daniel wrote, “As the old saying goes. ROFL.’

Carolina commented, “Your number is blocked, honey. Devo I missed it. Chatting with you would be like a dream of mine.’

Jackson, who worked on MAFS with Domenica’s rival Olivia, chimed in: “The number you called has been disconnected. Please check the number and try again.’

Some of Dom’s other former co-stars, such as Carolina Santos and Jackson Lonie, have also slammed her new show

Olivia didn’t comment directly under the trailer, but did make a video on her own Instagram account about Domenica’s new show.

“Before anyone suspected I had anything to do with the new MAFS thing that just dropped, I was not contacted, I had nothing to do with it,” she said.

“I know the promo hints at some kind of involvement on my part. That’s misleading and absolutely untrue… Don’t give in to their thirsty bulls**t.’

“You cheated me. Don’t even imply that I’m involved in your blatant plans to push the agenda,” she added.
