From walking the streets barefoot to donning nude bodysuits, the controversial couple have not been afraid to flout fashion rules with their wardrobe choices.
However, now fans have expressed concern that the rapper and his designer wife are putting their health at risk to push the boundaries of style.
After the pair went barefoot to Florence earlier this month, one commenter wrote: “This is indecent exposure and downright unhygienic. Poor Italy.’

According to several podiatrists who spoke to Time magazine in June, going barefoot in public can be quite dangerous for a number of reasons.
From getting cuts on your feet and bacterial infections to developing plantar fasciitis, there are all sorts of dangers associated with dropping shoes.
