People across the country will be disappointed to learn that Sarah Ferguson’s visit to Australia has been postponed to ‘later this year’.
The Duchess of York, 63, planned to visit Melbourne to tell all about her private life in February, but has since canceled the trip “due to a new clash of schedules”.
He herald sun reported on Saturday that the quiet postponement had nothing to do with Prince Harry’s shakeup since it was announced before his memoir, Spare, caused a stir online.

“Unfortunately, due to a further schedule clash beyond the control of the Duchess of York, shows scheduled for February will be postponed to later in the year, on dates to be reported,” the promoter’s website reads.
However, a spokesperson warned that the speaking tour could actually be postponed until 2024.
Ms. Ferguson intended to share previously unpublished, intimate details about her life and being in the public eye, to be introduced by television veteran Ray Martin.

The event, titled In Conversation with Sarah, is set for the exiled royal to reveal more about her marriage to ex-husband Prince Andrew and the “dark times” that followed.
According to the Sydney Morning Heraldthe Duchess will pocket a fee estimated to be more than $250,000.
Ticket prices range from $99 to $188 at theaters in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane and will accommodate up to 2,000 guests.
The Herald Sun reported on Saturday that the quiet postponement had nothing to do with Prince Harry’s (pictured) shakeup since it was announced before his Spare memoir caused a stir online.
The publication also says that the promoters of the event are “sure” that the tickets to sit down with Ms. Ferguson will sell out.
Promoter Simon Baggs said, “We call this concept highbrow entertainment, the idea revolves around world-renowned people on stage sharing things the audience might not have known or thought of before.”
“Sarah is very engaging and entertaining, and we think there’s a lot to her story that people don’t really know about.”

In a statement announcing her tour, the Duchess shared her excitement at visiting the country again.
“I’m very excited to come to Australia to share stories from my life,” she said. “Australia has been my sister’s home for many decades and I see it as a second home.”
Ms Ferguson’s last visit Down Under was in 2016 when she attended a charity fundraiser at St Vincent’s Hospital.
However, a spokesman warned that the speaking tour could be postponed until 2024.
