Senator Tim Scott debuted his relationship with his new girlfriend during the Republican presidential debate, finally putting a name and face to his mystery partner.
Mindy Noce, a 47-year-old mother of three and design and renovation manager in Charleston, South Carolina, joined Scott on stage after the debate.
The presidential candidate’s campaign confirmed to DailyMail.com that the pair were romantically involved after sharing the touching moment.
Noce has lived in South Carolina since graduating from the College of Charleston, where she studied health sciences.
She works as an interior designer for Atlantic Lowcountry Properties real estate company.

Noce was introduced to the area when her three older brothers played soccer at The Citadel, according to the company’s website.
She has lived on Isle of Palms and Daniel Island for almost eighteen years and is, as she describes herself, ‘a mover and shaker with a creative eye and a love for people.’
Her Instagram account is full of photos of her interior design work and group photos with her colleagues.
When Senator Scott was asked about his girlfriend in the spin room after the debate, he replied nonchalantly, “She’s great.” He told reporters that the pair have been dating for “several months.”
In September, Scott told a crowd in Iowa, “I’m dating a sweet Christian girl,” though her identity remained secret.
After Wednesday night’s debate, Noce joined the senator on stage to take photos and was seen holding his hand.
The Washington Post did an in-depth piece on the senator’s love life, and Scott said a friend from church set the couple up.
The two hit it off by talking about God and using an app to do a Bible study together.
On a date at a restaurant in Charleston, she ordered the steak and he the swordfish, and although they shared the dishes, the senator later discovered that she did not like swordfish.
The couple played pickleball and Scott was embarrassed to discover that he was the “weak man on the court.”
Scott’s campaign manager confirmed to The Washington Post that the woman was real and that they had even been to the zoo together.

The presidential candidate has kept his relationship low-profile and his relationship status is coming under scrutiny during his campaign
The South Carolina senator reacted defensively when his relationship status was compared to that of the last serving president, James Buchanan in 1861.
“The fact that half of the American adult population is single for the first time suggests that whether or not you are married will somehow be the determining factor in whether you are a good president,” Scott said at the time.
“It sounds like we’re living in 1963… not 2023.”
Early in his career, Scott claimed to have been a 30-year-old virgin and campaigned to pledge abstinence.
In 2012, after 16 years in public life and winning a seat in the US House at the age of 46 and still unmarried, Scott admitted that he is no longer a virgin.
