Who is the wife of Anton Du Beke?

Hannah Summers, 46 and strictly Anton’s star, is director of marketing for mobile phone security company AdaptiveMobile.

The couple met at a golf club in 2011, after following her to the bathroom at a formal dinner.

Speaking on the That Gaby Roslin Podcast last year, Anton revealed that he didn’t make the best first impression.

He explained: ‘Towards the end of dinner, she gets up to leave the table and I thought, okay, this is my chance, I’m going to go and talk to her.

“However, I never gave it enough thought because when you’re at a dinner party like this there’s very little reason to get up and leave the table, I basically followed her to the ladies’ room.” Bright.

‘In she goes I’m three steps behind her I say oh while you’re here I might as well leave so I dove into the men’s then out of the men’s and then I was like oh she could have I went back to the table and I missed my chance, if I wait here she might still be here, if I ask someone to check I can’t do that, it’s ridiculous.

‘As I’m pondering this, she comes out of the bathroom, I’m standing outside the ladies’ room, she stops, looks at me and says, “Have you been waiting for me outside the bathroom?” And I went, could have been, and she says, “weirdo” and leaves.

When did Anton Du Beke get married?

In May 2017, MailOnline exclusively revealed that they had married two months after becoming parents when she was spotted wearing a massive diamond engagement ring at the Chelsea Flower Show.

Previously gushing about their relationship, Anton couldn’t contain his love for his other half in 2016, hinting that he would walk down the aisle with the blonde beauty.

He said mirror: ‘She’s just perfect. I love her above all things. We will get married? Maybe next year. They were very happy.’

They found love shortly after their split from TV and radio host Caroline Feraday, but did not go public with their romance for years.

Speaking of Hannah, Anton said: “Acting was the ‘woman’ in my life, so to speak, but then Hannah came along. She’s just perfect. She’s so beautiful, smart, but also so kind.

The dancer who became a first-time father at the age of 50 explained that he “couldn’t imagine” being a young father during a 2021 appearance on Steph’s Packed Lunch.

Anton added that he “would not have been ready” for fatherhood at a younger age, after he and Hannah became parents to their twins following a long battle with IVF.

He said: ‘I couldn’t imagine doing it in another age, of course, because I haven’t. I would not have been prepared for that before in my life.

He went on to confess that he was extremely self-centered when he was young, adding: “The first part of my life he was very strict with me.

‘I wouldn’t have been ready for a number of reasons, that one being financially – kids can cost you a few pounds!’
