Whitney Port stops by an LA cannabis store after vowing to “eat thoughtfully” after dramatic weight loss
Whitney Port was spotted stopping over at Sweet Flower, Southern California’s largest independent cannabis retailer, in Studio City on Saturday.
After revealing she’s prioritizing her health following concerns about her dramatic weight loss from loved ones, the 38-year-old reality star stepped out for some retail therapy in a black bandeau top, matching sweatpants and a denim jacket around her waist.
She completed her casual ensemble with a large pendant necklace, stud earrings, a sleek shoulder bag and sandals.
As she left the pharmacy with a large shopping bag, her brown locks could be seen swept back with a stylish beige claw clip.
Her latest sighting comes after Port revealed she will be addressing her eating habits with a “nutritionist/eating disorder specialist.”

Earlier this week on an episode of her With Whit podcastshe revealed that she plans to take the advice of a professional to address her unhealthy eating habits.
Although she said she has yet to “admit” that she actually has an eating disorder, Port decided to go ahead and meet with the specialist about her eating habits.
“That’s something I proactively thought about and planned for,” she said of her weight.
“I went for a walk with my best friend this morning. She sent me a contact from a great nutritionist/eating disorder specialist,” Port explained.
“I have yet to admit to myself that I have an eating disorder, as I said on my Instagram post, I feel like it’s just more out of laziness and pickiness and just being hungry and not caring. And I think that’s a form of disordered eating.
That’s not okay, that’s not healthy. I’m clearly not giving my body the nutrients it needs. So I’m going to talk to someone and figure out what I like and make sure I make that a priority.
“And also make sure I move my body. I was working out, I was moving my body, I went to Pvolve, I did hot yoga, I did my Melissa Wood at home, or went to F45, like I got my a** out.”
Port, who hosted Pvolve founder Rachel Katzman on the podcast, said the episode inspired her to get back into her workout routine.

“And of course when you go out of town you get a little bit of a kink in the plan, so I’m excited for this episode because it really motivated me to get my a** back in gear.”
Whitney’s drastic weight loss came to light last July. Social media users had initially raised concerns about the star’s slim figure after she uploaded a post of her posing in a bikini.
Port was quick to respond to the comments on her Instagram stories, admitting that after her husband Tim Rosenman’s concern and “stepping on a scale,” she realized she had to prioritize her health.
Accompanying a photo of herself with her son, she typed in a lengthy statement: “I also want to tackle my weight very quickly. I got a lot of comments that I looked too skinny. In the beginning it didn’t bother me.’
Port added: ‘But Timmy brought it to my attention, as befits a good husband, and said it’s not just something strangers spew out. He’s been worried about me.’

Although she said she has yet to “admit” that she actually has an eating disorder, Port decided to go ahead and meet with the specialist about her eating habits.
“I had to think about it and try to figure out what happened because it’s not something I consciously think about! I eat to live, not the other way around. But when I stepped on the scale, it dawned on me.’
Port later said she “doesn’t want to set an unhealthy example, so I promised Timmy and I promise you that my health will be a priority.”
Earlier this month, she also touched on the subject on her With Whit podcast, vowing to “eat thoughtfully and build muscle.”
“When I think about how I look, I think about being attractive and I think I have to define what attractive means to me and if those things are really healthy,” she explained.
The star added, “So the moral of the story is there’s a lot of self-reflection going on and I’m aware of it, and that’s the first step.”
Port later revealed, “I want to put the right things in my body, and I also want to train in a way that builds muscle. So I’m on it, guys.’
She then admitted to her audience, “I obviously don’t eat enough and the way I look now doesn’t look healthy. It’s not what I want to look like.’
