Where to unlock the Thaleia alliance raid in FFXIV

The third alliance raid for FFXIV: End Walker is here with patch 6.5, “Myths of the Realm.” You can unlock the final of the three alliance raids, Thaleia, through a side quest. OUR FF14 The Thalia Alliance Raid Unlock Guide shows you who to talk to to unlock Thalia.

Myths of the Realm: Thaleia Alliance Raid Prerequisites

To unlock and complete Thaleia, you need to do the following:

  • Complete the previous Myths of the Realm quest, “The secret of the twelve.” (This obviously requires having defeated the Aglaia and Euphrosyne alliance raids.)
  • Have a level 90 combat job.
  • Have an item level of at least 625.

Once you have completed the above requirements, you will need to speak to Deryk in Mor Dhona. He will have a blue quest marker above his head, giving you the quest “The Heart of the Myth”. He can be found in the specific location shown below, which is the same location he was in to unlock Euphrosyne:

Myths of the Realm: Thaleia Alliance Raid Loot and Rewards in FFXIV

Thaleia raids will reward level 650 gear, which should help you boost your stats significantly (unless you have raid gear). Note that, until shortly before Trail of Dawn (the next expansion), you will only be able to claim one piece of armor from Thaleia per week, so make sure you only cast what you want. Don’t accidentally need or greed for things you don’t want! The week resets on Tuesday morning.

You can also get the Wind-up Oschon minion, a Triple Triad Eulogia card, and several Orchestrions (Myths of the Realm, Course Uncharted, and Fair Winds to Guide) from Thaleia, which you can cast freely without restrictions.

Once a week you will also receive a Thaleia’s Coin after completing Thaleia. You can exchange one Aglaia coin, one Euphrosyne coin and one Thaleia coin for Divine string And Divine Radiance to increase your Credendum memo stone equipment. Exchange the coins with the NPC below in Radz-at-Han.
