Let’s go over the basics before we get started with the locations. Except for the safehouse vault, all vaults are opened in the same way. First you have to find a radio. Fortunately, as soon as you get close to it, a notification will appear stating that there is a radio nearby. Use the distance indicator to get closer to the radio and communicate with it.

You have to do the same with every radiowhich involves changing the amplitude and frequency of a waveform to make the two lines match by increasing the amplitude to make your waveform the same size as the other, then increasing or decreasing the frequency until they reach lie in one line. Once you get close, the lines will snap together.

Once this is done, the radio will start playing a message repeatedly. A series of four numbers is read outand this is the code for the nearby safe. There is no indication where the safe is, but they are always close to the radio. We’ll give you the locations below, but once you have the code you won’t have any trouble finding the safe.

All you have to do now is go to the safe, enter the radio code and it will pop open. Free money!

How to open the safehouse vault

The first safe you can open in the campaign is the one in the safehouse you go to between missions. With other safes you usually just have to find the radio and the safe, but this one is special.

To open the safehouse vault you’ll need to complete a series of safehouse puzzles, which we break down in more detail at the link mentioned above – from the opening piano puzzle to exploring the basement.

Once you have the code, go to Adler’s room at the front of the house on the second floor to open the safe.
