PC gamers with an Epic Games Store account (it’s free) can pick up Call from the seaa narrative puzzle adventure in which the player is a young widow searching for the answer to her husband’s disappearance during an expedition in the South Pacific.
Call from the seaby Out of the Blue Games, launched in December 2020 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Windows PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X. While the game’s story is inspired by HP Lovecraft’s work, director Tatiana Delgado said Call from the sea is expressly not a horror game; it is a mystery with supernatural elements.
Call from the sea can be claimed now, but only for the next seven days. Last week’s free game, emergence of the industry, is back on the market at normal price.
The Epic Games Store freebies are available to anyone with an Epic Games Store account; they will be added to your library and launched from there. Epic gives away free games every week as an incentive to join the store (and play Epic’s own games, such as Fortnite), since its launch in December 2018.
