But he no longer acts these days and instead has a successful career behind the scenes in Australia and the United States.
The 39-year-old was most recently the associate producer of Channel 10's wacky reality show The Masked Singer Australia.
Smith also served as producer for the American music quiz show Name That Tune.
In October 2022, he welcomed his first child with girlfriend Cassidy Creevey.

Name That Tune aired on Fox in the US, but was filmed in Sydney in late 2020 due to Australia's relatively lax Covid restrictions at the time.
It was hosted by 30 Rock's Jane Krakowski and American Idol judge Randy Jackson.
Smith's behind-the-scenes career also includes writing credits for Power Rangers Megaforce and his longtime soap Home and Away from 2012 to 2013.

“If Robbie's evil twin brother Bobby wants to come back, I'm in. “If the right storyline comes along, I would love to come back,” he said.
“When I came back to the show and walked through the doors of the Summer Bay house for the first episode, I got all the feels. It felt like I never left,” he added, referring to filming the TV special.
In addition to his television work, Smith presented Nova FM's Late Nights show for a year in 2016.
