Honkai: Star Trail‘s 2.5 patch is launching a day earlier than patches normally do, meaning we’re getting new content a whopping 24 hours early! Yay! This patch finally marks the beginning of the Luminary Wardance Ceremony on the Xianzhou Luofo, along with three new characters: Feixiao, Lingsha, and Moze.
Below we explain when Honkai: Star Trail maintenance starts and ends, along with the release time of version 2.5. We’ve also added some details about what to expect from Honkai: Star Trail version 2.5.
What time is Honkai: Star Rail out of service for maintenance?
Patch 2.5 will actually be released a day earlier than normal, which is every six weeks. Keep that in mind. Honkai: Star Trail will go down for maintenance Monday September 9 or Tuesday September 10 (depending on your time zone) at the following times and will be unavailable for approximately five hours:
Make sure you burn through your fuel before the maintenance starts, if you want. Keep in mind, though, that the Battle Pass for the new versions starts right when the game launches, so you might want to hold on to it for a while.
What time does Honkai: Star Rail version 2.5 start?
Honkai: Star Trail should return from maintenance with version 2.5 at the following times:
The servers may come online sooner or later depending on how the maintenance goes, but these are the estimated times that 2.5 should go live. Hoyoverse is usually pretty good about adhering to maintenance times. We don’t usually get extended maintenance, but it does sometimes end early! It’s actually pretty common for the game to go live an hour early, so keep that in mind, but don’t go at excited.
What’s new in Honkai: Star Rail version 2.5?
Three new characters are coming in this patch: Feixiao (Wind Hunt, 5-star), Lingsha (Fire Abundance, 5-star), and Moze (Lightning Hunt, 4-star). This patch will also include the grand Wardance Ceremony on the Xianzhou Luofu, and possibly wrap up the prison story from the previous patch.
The Wardance Ceremony event is the heart of this patch, but there are also new additions coming to Divergent Universe, meaning new Planar Ornaments to collect. Yippie.
