What is Fortnite Reload?

Fortnite Reload is a new mode with a smaller map made up of locations from the game’s early chapters, including Tilted Towers, Retail Row, and Pleasant Park, as well as several other yet-to-be-confirmed locations.

The reduced landmass comes with a lower player count – 40 players in each lobby – with each player automatically respawning until only one team remains. The time it takes to respawn starts at 30 seconds and can be accelerated if your teammates manage to take out other players.

Fortnite Reload offers both Battle Royale and Zero Build options, but keep in mind that they are Squads only. That said, you have the option of not filling your team if you prefer to compete against groups of players with fewer than four people. (Good luck to all the solo players!)
