While Taylor Swift attended the NFL game between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday afternoon, she sat in a suite, accompanied by several others.
They partied alongside Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany, as they watched their significant others put on a dazzling display on the field.
But Jackson Mahomes, a social media influencer and Patrick’s brother, joined them in that same luxury box.
Jackson’s week will take a very different turn from when he watched joyfully from the suite as he sat in court facing serious charges.
But what is Jackson Mahomes accused of? When should he appear in court? And what did he say about the accusations? DailyMail.com will keep you informed.

What would Jackson Mahomes have done?
Jackson Mahomes has been accused of – and charged with – three felonies of aggravated sexual assault and one misdemeanor assault.
This all stems from an incident on February 25 – where Mahomes allegedly forcibly kissed a woman in the office of a restaurant she owned at the time in Overland Park, Kansas – a suburb of Kansas City.
The alleged victim in this case is Aspen Vaughn, whose encounter with Mahomes was captured on security footage.
She says she had to close the restaurant because of the amount of publicity that was negatively impacting the business.

When is the hearing date?
Mahomes will appear in court for a preliminary hearing on Tuesday, October 24.
This hearing was initially scheduled to be postponed in August, but was postponed when the judge presiding over the case contracted Covid-19.
Jackson Mahomes will appear in court again this week in connection with his arrest for aggravated sexual battery, stemming from an incident that occurred in February.
What does he say about the accusations?
Mahomes has denied guilty to all charges he has been accused of and is currently free on $100,000 bond.
Jackson has not spoken publicly about the case, with his agent telling CNN that the “court has barred (Jackson) and attorneys from commenting on the case.”
But Brittany Mahomes once spoke out against the accusations when she answered a question about them on an Instagram Q&A.
“He’s a human being just trying to live his life and find his way, and until you walk in his shoes one day (which no one ever will), you have no right to say anything about him,” she said .

What did Taylor Swift fans think about him being there?
Some fans of the international pop music sensation became concerned for her well-being after spotting Jackson was in the suite.
On X, formerly Twitter, someone wrote: “I need someone to get her out of that box immediately. Jackson Mahomes is here.”
Another Taylor fan — and former star of The Bachelorette — Nick Viall added, “Chiefs security should be ashamed of themselves for letting Jackson Mahomes in the same room as Taylor Swift.”
A third, meanwhile, commented: “Putting Jackson Mahomes in the box with Taylor so he gets good coverage before his preliminary hearing for his SA case in TWO DAYS is so damn sinister.”
Many of Taylor Swift’s biggest fans were concerned that Jackson was in the same box as them
One fan claimed it was ‘sinister’ that he was allowed into the pop star’s luxury suite
Other fans were concerned about Taylor’s safety during the game with Jackson right behind her
