Westfield Bondi Junction stabbing: Major update on Ashlee Good’s baby who was stabbed stabbing rampage – as her partner breaks silence

The partner of a young mother killed in the horrific Bondi Westfield stabbing has spoken out for the first time to give an update on how he and their baby daughter are coping with the loss of their child.

Ashlee Good, 38, died in the April 13 attack but was able to give her nine-month-old daughter, Harriet, to the Good Samaritans, saving the baby’s life.

The little girl, Harriet, suffered stab wounds and was taken by paramedics to Sydney Children’s Hospital in critical condition, but was eventually released home.

In the aftermath of the tragedy GoFundMe was established for baby Harriet and her father, Dan Flanagan, and has now reached nearly $850,000.

Mr Flanagan posted a message on the fundraising page on Monday thanking the thousands of donors, medical staff, friends and family for their “overwhelming support, kindness and generosity” following his “unimaginable loss”.

“Nothing can ease the pain of losing Ash, but reading your messages and seeing the impact Ash has had on so many people is so comforting,” he wrote.

‘I will never be able to fathom the day our family of three became a family of two. But countless people – including each of you who wrote messages and donated through this page – have shown me that while tragic things do happen, there is more good than bad in this world.
