West Ham will not give up their hunt for Wolves captain Max Kilman despite having a bid of around £25m rejected.
As first reported by the Telegraph, Wolves have rejected the Hammers’ initial approach for the 27-year-old defender, who signed a new five-year contract last summer.
Mail Sport understands that West Ham view Kilman as a high-priority target and will not be deterred by Wolves’ rebuttal to their first bid.
New Hammers boss Julen Lopetegui is keen to bring Kilman to the London Stadium after working with the defender during his time at Wolves.
