West Ham striker Gianluca Scamacca is dropped by World Soccer Agency

West Ham striker Gianluca Scamacca has been ruled out by the World Football Agency.

The agency claimed that although Scamacca wanted to continue with them, “the trust necessary for a healthy professional relationship no longer existed.”

A statement read: ‘World Soccer Agency formally ends its working relationship with Gianluca Scamacca. Although the player expressed his desire to continue working together, the trust necessary for a healthy professional relationship no longer existed.

“We thank the player for his time with the WSA and wish him all the best for his future.”

According SunScamacca could now join CAA Stellar, which represents the likes of Jack Grealish, Jordan Pickford and Ben Chilwell.

Scamacca joined West Ham last summer from Sassuolo in a deal worth an initial £30.5m.

After playing regularly earlier in the season, Scamacca’s progress was halted by a knee injury and he has been an unused substitute in the last two league games after returning to form.
