West Ham fans have expressed their joy after their side reached the Europa Conference League final.
The Hammers beat AZ Alkmaar 1–0 on the night and 3–1 on aggregate to progress to their first European final in 47 years, with a late goal from Pablo Fornals to ensure they triumph.
David Moyes’ team will face Fiorentina in the final in Prague on June 7.
For many West Ham fans, this is the first time they have seen their side pull off such a feat.
After the game, West Ham supporters took to social media to celebrate.
