Having topped their group with six wins from six games, top-seeded West Ham first travel to Cyprus to face AEK Larnaca in the first leg before returning to London Stadium a week later.
The round of 16 matches are scheduled for Thursday 9 and Thursday 16 March, the same dates as the Europa League round of 16 matches.
