West Coast Eagles player Oscar Allen announces engagement to longtime girlfriend Lorna McNabb: ‘A very special moment’
Oscar Allen is getting married.
The West Coast Eagles player has announced his engagement to his girlfriend Lorna McNabb.
In a sweet post on social media, the 25-year-old posed next to his love as she showed off her impressive diamond ring.
“Fiancé. A very special moment that daddy got to be a part of,” the bride-to-be wrote in her caption.
The message was quickly flooded with congratulations, including from teammates and fellow footballers.
“Congrats bro,” West Coast Eagles player Scott Lycett wrote in the comments, along with a heart emoji.
Another West Coast Eagles star, Elliot Louis Yeo, also joined in the discussion, writing: ‘Congratulations’.
Jack Darling, also an Eagles player, added: “Gorgeous, love, love,” while Mark LeCras wrote: “Congrats mate.”

Oscar is co-captain of the West Coast Eagles and made his debut for the team in 2018.
The footballer from Perth, Western Australia, began his career in the sport in 2016 at Colts level.
In 2019, he was nominated for the AFL Rising Star Award for his three goals against Adelaide at Optus Stadium.

Earlier this week, the player was injured and had to miss a match against the Gold Coast Suns.
