We’re Team Joe! Hunter’s son Beau Jr looks adorable in aviators and bomber jacket emblazoned with his grandfather’s name as the Bidens escape to Camp David for Christmas

His grandfather may be the President of the United States, but all eyes were on Beau Biden Jr. when he stepped out with his controversial father on Saturday.

The adorable three-year-old was spotted walking next to his dad as the Biden family prepared to head to Camp David for Christmas.

Photos of the first family to leave the White House showed Beau Biden Jr. crossing the South Lawn while holding his father's hand.

The president's youngest grandson wore aviator clothing and a stylish bomber jacket.

It was emblazoned with the name “Joe” and also had the number 46 on the right sleeve, as a nod to his grandfather as the 46th president.

Biden and First Lady Dr. will return to the White House on Tuesday and then on to St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands, where they will spend New Year's Eve.

Standing next to the two were Maisy Biden and Ashley Biden, who carried bags as they left the White House for the holidays.

In an interview with abc7the First Lady revealed earlier this week that it is a family tradition to eat spaghetti and meatballs on Christmas Eve.

She told the outlet, “On Christmas Eve we always have spaghetti and meatballs, always. And I had that growing up. And Joe too.'

Biden's departure to Camp David comes at a time of intense criticism of the president.

Earlier this month, Republicans in the House of Representatives voted to formalize their ongoing impeachment inquiry into the president.

Their investigation centers on whether Biden was connected to or benefited from his son Hunter's shady business deals.

The vote opened the door for the Republican Party to obtain more evidence about schemes linking the two to millions from countries such as China and Ukraine.

The first son previously said his father was “not financially involved” in his business activities and that there was no evidence because it “didn't happen.”

Hunter also defied a congressional subpoena demanding he make a private statement to Republicans investigating the two.

The younger Biden denounced “shameless” Republicans and said he would not attend the statement.

The Republicans followed this up by initiating proceedings to hold him in contempt of Congress.

Hunter is also facing a tax evasion case, with a recent indictment showing he spent as much as $870,000 on prostitutes between 2016 and 2019.

The indictment also adds that he spent his money on “drugs, escorts and girlfriends, luxury hotels and rental properties, exotic cars, clothing and other items of a personal nature.”

Beyond the issues on Capitol Hill, pollsters and political strategists have come out this week saying Donald Trump is more likely to win next year.

That news came after a ruling Tuesday evening by Colorado's highest court, which said Trump violated Section 3 of the 14th Amendment and was barred from voting in the state.

This is the first time in history that the insurrection clause has been used to prevent a presidential candidate from appearing on a state's presidential ballot.

In an exclusive DailyMail.com poll earlier this month, Trump led Biden in two of the three most hotly contested states.

Trump had a five-point lead over the incumbent president and a three-point lead in Georgia.

Still, Biden led his likely 2024 challenger in Wisconsin by five percentage points.

The president is also being urged by House Speaker Mike Johnson to use his executive powers to halt illegal immigration at the southern border.

The speaker instructed the president to end “catch-and-release,” under which migrants found between ports of entry should be turned away and only be used on a “case-by-case basis” conditional release.

He also called on the president to reinstate Trump-era policies such as building the wall, reinstating the Remain in Mexico program and expanding expedited removal for those who cannot prove eligibility for asylum.

Customs and Border Patrol has encountered nearly 2.5 million migrants this year alone and is on track to beat that record by 2024.

Border crossings reached as high as 12,000 per day this week. Border agents say their resources are “at capacity” with about 5,000 crossings per day.
