The idea of ​​taking a dip in ice-cold water would leave most people cold. But for the Swedish TikTok sensation Erik Fellmanit's a case of icy coming, icy going.

He plunges into icy water in his local partially frozen swimming lake almost every day, every winter. He even relaxes during his rubber duck dives and sucks on popsicles.

Plus, he only wears shorts and a T-shirt during the snowy 15-minute walk there.

Erik documents his swims on TikTok, with his shockingly cool videos earning him a total of 21.9 million likes on the app and more than 310,000 followers. “Welcome to Sweden,” the 38-year-old says in a popular clip as he emerges from the glacier water.

Erik reveals he can spend up to 20 minutes in the icy waters of Huvudsta Strandbad, a community swimming lake outside Stockholm.

He even swims there at night – and lights candles on the ice.

Erik explains that he has “always had a lifelong tolerance for the cold,” but says he started cold diving five years ago because he wanted to swim all year round.
