Get Fit For ’23 is a series of articles designed to help you make small, sustainable changes in your life that can help you stay healthy all year round. This is not an initiative to help you lose a certain weight or reach an unachievable milestone in a very short time: it’s all about small changes that lead to an overall healthier life.
Investigation of the International Journal of Environmental Research and Public Health (opens in new tab) suggests that after just 17.8 days most of us will stop making our New Year’s resolutions, which is why we’re doing this – to help you beat the odds. And of course we take the time to highlight the technology that can help you get started.
