Wayne Cooper and Sarah Marsh to sell spacious Byron Bay mansion less than a year after they moved in

A Byron Bay mansion owned by fashion designer Wayne Cooper and his wife Sarah Marsh is back on the market less than a year after the couple purchased the lavish estate.

The five bedroom, six bathroom house is located on Manse Road in Myocum in the Northern Rivers region of NSW, a short drive from Byron Bay.

The couple purchased the 10-acre oceanfront estate last March for $5,090,000 after the property was originally listed for $5.5 million.

The home, which has a rich history of famous owners, features a swimming pool, tennis court, clubhouse, media room and spacious entertainment areas.

The estate was originally named ‘King of the Hill’ after the first owner subdivided The Manse Road and awarded himself the best piece of land.
