Four-bedroom house hits the rental market for $1,000 a week, but there is NO mention of the brothel above

  • The listing did not mention the brothel above
  • The real estate agent claimed they did not know

A listing for a four-bedroom house that recently went on the rental market conveniently omitted the fact that a brothel sits directly above.

The property on Elizabeth Street in Waterloo, Sydney’s city centre, is listed as residential and commercial, and has space for cars, a kitchen and a bathroom.

The entire property has tile floors, but it feels more like an office space with a rickety kitchen than a family home.

The bathroom also looked dated with a photo showing several large cracks in the shower screen.

The property was listed for sale for $1,000 per week and has been leased for commercial purposes ever since.

But as it is exposed in a Tik Tok by comedian Jordan van den Berg, the house also has the same address as a working brothel.

The property on Elizabeth Street in Waterloo, Sydney’s city centre, is listed as residential and commercial, and has space for cars, a kitchen and a bathroom. Those who saw the listing were unaware of the brothel above.

“Our ladies are very talented and capable of meeting your pleasure requirements,” the brothel’s website reads, and clients are charged a minimum of $90 for 30 minutes and $150 for an hour.

‘They offer services according to your personal tastes and needs, our ladies provide TLC’.

A listing for the property said it was a working laundromat with “front and back access.”

Photos of the front of the building also show the name of an accounting office, making it confusing what or how many businesses are handled from the site.

The Century 21 Masterpiece agent listed on the property claimed she did not know about the intimate encounters taking place upstairs when she was contacted by the Daily Mail Australia.

“I have no idea, I just took (prospective tenants) inside to take a look,” he said.

He then claimed that the brothel was separated from the list because it was on top.

The photos of the front of the house show a mysterious purple staircase leading to the second story, while one of the second story window blinds is also purple.

Mr. Van Den Berg surmised that the real estate agents dealing with the listing would definitely have “got a clue” to what’s going on at the address.

“Sex work is real work and that’s not the problem, it’s the lack of disclosure on the list,” she told Daily Mail Australia.

‘When I asked (the agent) about the other business at the address, they were very hesitant to provide details about it, even though I hadn’t even mentioned the brothel.

‘One of the agents was quite happy to chat until I told him the address. Otherwise, you’re not that distant.

The director of Century 21 Masterpiece Real Estate was contacted by Daily Mail Australia for comment.
