Watch the moment Caitlin Clark drops a DIME to Angel Reese in WNBA All-Star Game as rivals combine on the court

They may be enemies outside of this unique spectacle, but Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese certainly sang the same song Saturday night at the WNBA All-Star Game.

Clark and Reese, who are vying for the Rookie of the Year award this year, put their rivalry aside and teamed up in style during the annual women’s basketball event at the Footprint Center.

In the fourth quarter of the game, Clark went astray, but when she looked up, she suddenly saw her teammate in the distance.

She then threw a dime to Reese, who coolly scored from close range to extend Team WNBA’s lead that night.

After working together brilliantly, the duo delivered an iconic photo by giving each other a high five before continuing the game.

Before they met on the court, Reese was asked by the ESPN broadcast team during Saturday’s game how much she enjoyed playing with Clark.

“It’s so cool. When she gets the ball, I run over and get it because I know she’s going to throw it,” she said, sitting on the bench.

“It was great playing with her. Hopefully in four years we’ll be Olympians together.”

Clark and Reese were on the winning team in Phoenix, where the WNBA All-Stars defeated USA Basketball 117-109.

Arike Ogunbowale stole the show in the second half by scoring the most points in WNBA All-Star history with a record 34.

Meanwhile, Reese made sure she had an unforgettable evening on an individual level with a double-double (13 points, 11 rebounds).
