Pro golfer Louis De Jager took social media by storm when he took off his top and exposed his father’s body on Friday morning.
During the Soudal Open in Belgium, the 37-year-old found himself in a challenging position on the course.
De Jager narrowly missed a pond off his tee shot on hole 13. Instead of taking the penalty shot to get a better lie, he opted to save his par 4 from the muddy pit.
To avoid getting his shirtless dirty, the South African unfastened his belt and went topless, revealing his physique to the DP World Tour crowd.
Nevertheless, De Jager retrieved the ball from the mud while keeping his shirt free of stains.

The South African currently sits in a T-23 position after finishing 2 under par on Friday
“De Jager has the shirt off, the belt undone,” a broadcaster said in a clip shared by the DP World Tour on X.
“Is this really necessary,” another interjected.
DeJager made bogey for the second time on Friday and finished 2-under-par in a tie for 23rd.
The Spanish Nacho Elvira currently has a small lead. Meanwhile, Ross Fisher and Romain Langasque follow in second and third place respectively.
DeJager’s viral effort came while he was looking for his ninth professional win. After turning professional in 2008, he won eight times, five of them on the Sunshine Tour.
