Saturday's game between TCU and Georgetown went down the drain when the Horned Frogs pulled off an upset win thanks to a remarkable – and controversial – buzzer-beater.
Georgetown led 83-81 with just 2.7 seconds left and TCU had to get the ball in bounds and score to tie or win the game.
Somehow, TCU launched the ball across midfield, where forward Emanuel Miller dribbled to the three-point line and arced the ball toward the hoop.
The buzzer sounded just before Miller's shot hit the backboard and went into the basket, winning the game for TCU and sparking a wild celebration among the visitors.
His teammates streamed onto the field in jubilation as the crowd in Washington DC was silenced.

More drama was to follow as replays showed Miller had stepped on the right sideline with his left foot just before releasing the ball.
Officials reviewed the play, but because they missed Miller as he stepped out of bounds in real time, they were unable to overturn the shot in regulation.
Miller's late-game heroics capped a 29-point performance. The senior also had five rebounds and two assists in 33 minutes of play.
In his fourth year with the Horned Frogs, Miller is averaging 13.7 points, 5.7 rebounds and 3.2 assists while shooting 51.6 percent from the field.
TCU is off to a good start this season – with this win, the Horned Frogs lead the Big 12 with a 7-0 record.
The past two seasons, the Horned Frogs appeared in the NCAA tournament but exited in consecutive second rounds. The program continues to improve after a total of three appearances in the tournament since 1990.
