Watch Seahawks star DK Metcalf swing a HELMET at teammate as FIVE brawls break out at Seattle practice
The Seahawks’ practice descended into chaos on Wednesday when at least five fights broke out and DK Metcalf threw a helmet at Tre Brown.
The wildest altercation, which saw Metcalf collide with cornerback Brown, was caught on camera by NFL Network.
Though the star player initially distanced himself after the two exchanged insults, Metcalf eventually grabbed Brown’s helmet and waved it at the cornerback.
But safety K’von Wallace was able to get the ball and tried to keep the two apart.
The fight was seen in the background as NFL Network broadcast live from its Seattle headquarters.

“We’re in the thick of it right now and I think the guys realize that. Hey, let’s take care of each other,” head coach Mike Macdonald said after practice.
“I absolutely don’t want people to fight here, especially not against our own teammates.”
Brown also collided with wide receiver Jake Bobo earlier in practice, while guard Christian Haynes and defensive end Derrick Hall also collided later.
There were a few other times when players had to be separated, such as the tough practice that took place a few days before Seattle’s season opener against the Chargers.

“I think we’re tired of playing against each other,” Macdonald said ahead of Saturday’s game.
The coach called the team together after the incident involving Brown and Metcalf.
Macdonald did not speak to local media afterward, but told NFL Network that Metcalf spoke to the team at the end of practice.
“DK gave a great message at the end of the training session which put everything into perspective. The boys finished it off the right way,” Macdonald said.
