The Golden State Warriors battle continued Saturday after Paul George hit a game-winning three-pointer in the final seconds as the Los Angeles Clippers secured a 113-112 win.
The Warriors led comfortably for most of the match. However, the Clippers started to get their rivals back in the fourth quarter before stealing the game in the final moments.
In the final 30 seconds, the Clippers closed the gap to two points with a Kawhi Leonard layup before Stephen Curry missed a step-back jumper to put the game to bed.
Russell Westbrook collected the rebound and passed the ball to Paul George, who dribbled down the court and fired a three-pointer over Klay Thompson to give the Clippers a one-point lead with 8.9 seconds left.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr called a timeout to regroup, but Draymond Green missed the Warriors' final attempt to win the game.

On Thursday, Kerr told KNBR how his team's struggles almost got him into trouble with his wife Margot. Kerr talked about how Margot told him to save his stress for the playoffs after Golden State lost 124-123 to the Sacramento Kings in similar fashion.
“I'll tell you what happened; I got home from Sacramento, I'm up for a while, I'm thinking about everything, I go to bed and (I'm) tossing and turning,” Kerr said. KNBR.
“It's probably two in the morning, and Margot wakes up and says, 'Jesus, it's only November. Would you like to relax for a moment?' And I'm like, 'What are you talking about?' And she says, 'All I can hear are these heavy sighs, tossing and turning, just go to sleep.'
The 2022 NBA champions have a 9-11 record this season after a 6-1 start.

The Warriors' setback has been compounded by availability issues for key players, particularly Green, who anchors their defense.
Green was suspended for five games after choking Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert earlier this month. In his return against the Kings, Green was assessed a technical foul that furthered Sacramento's comeback.
Golden State is also missing key rotation player Gary Payton II due to a torn calf and point guard Christ Paul, who is dealing with a nerve injury in his lower leg.
The Warriors will look to bounce back when they face the Portland Trailblazers on December 6.
