Watch for Wooper and Paldean Wooper During Pokémon GO’s November 2023 Community Day

YYou know Pokémon GO’s Community Day in November 2023 is going to be super duper because it features double the Wooper. That’s right: both Wooper, the Water Fish Pokémon, and Paldean Wooper, the Poison Fish Pokémon, will shine Sunday, November 5, 2023, from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM local time. During this time, Wooper and Paldean Wooper will appear more often in the wild, and lucky Trainers may even encounter a Shiny. Evolve Wooper and Paldean Wooper during the event or up to five hours afterward to get a Quagsire that knows the Charged Attack Aqua Tail or a Clodsire that knows the Charged Attack Megahorn, respectively.

Make it a party with the following event bonuses!

  • 2× Candy for catching Pokémon.
  • 1/2 incubation distance when eggs are placed in incubators during the event period.
  • 2x chance for Trainers level 31+ to receive Candy XL for catching Pokémon.
  • Lure modules activated during the event last three hours.
  • Incense (excluding Daily Adventure Incense) activated during the event lasts for three hours.
  • Take some snaps during Community Day for a surprise!
  • Transactions require 50% less Stardust (from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Community Day).
  • One additional Special Trade can be made for a maximum of two per day (from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Community Day).

Get your Community Day research started with thematic field research tasks and a special research story. Complete field research tasks to earn rewards such as Stardust, Ultra Balls, encounters with Wooper or Paldean Wooper and more. The Community Day Special Research story, A Muddy Buddy, is available for US$1.00 (or the equivalent price level in your local currency). Tickets are available in the in-game store for purchase or as a gift.

Make the most of the Community Day fun with four-star Raid Battles with Wooper and Paldean Wooper from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM. After a successful Raid Battle, more Wooper and Paldean Wooper will appear around the Gym where the raid took place 30 minutes in. These four-star raids cannot be accessed via Remote Raid Passes; they are only accessible with Raid Passes and Premium Battle Passes.

Happy Community Day, Trainers!
