This is the moment a man charged with drink driving left a trail of destruction as he dragged his £57,000 Land Rover Discovery along a row of four parked cars.
Footage shows the motorist crashing into the side of one car after another before going onto the pavement and crashing into a metal fence and a traffic light.
Another video, filmed from a car driving past the scene, shows people filming the carnage and laughing as they joke: “You can’t park there, mate.”
The Land Rover is reduced to scrap metal after the 40 second rampage in Leeds, West Yorkshire, shortly after midnight on Sunday.
In the footage, the car is seen going off the road into parking lots on the side of the street.

The £57,000 Land Rover Discovery proceeds to hit four parked cars before crashing into a metal fence and traffic lights.
He crashes into the first car and then crushes the second, and then a third, and a fourth as the people filming him howl in disbelief.
The second video shows the white Land Rover riding on a metal fence with the gate open.
A traffic light was hit by the vehicle and is propped up against a bush, but still appears to be working and showing a green light.
West Yorkshire Police said: “At 12:12am on Sunday, police were called to a traffic collision on Park Road, Guiseley, where a Land Rover Discovery had been involved in a collision with four parked cars and a traffic light. “.
Subsequently, a man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He has been charged with driving above the prescribed alcohol limit and on bail to appear in Leeds Magistrate Court in April.
Another video shows the vehicle mounted on the metal fence with a damaged traffic light in front.
