New light has been shed on the viral moment when a defeated fighter in the cage has his marriage proposal rejected.
After finding himself on the losing side of a two-on-one battle in Czech organization Clash of the Stars, Lukas Bukovaz got down on one knee in front of a packed crowd at the Ostravar Arena.
The woman’s immediate response probably should have been enough to convince Bukovatz that asking the question would be unsuccessful.
“Based on everything that’s happened, I probably don’t think so,” she said into the microphone. ‘I do not think so.’
Cheers then erupted from the crowd and a man cageside was seen trying to throw water on the woman.

In a post on social media, the woman in question revealed that she and Bukovatz had not been together for several months, and that she now has a new boyfriend.
The girl also claimed that Bukovaz cheated on her with adult film artist Nikola Lauberova.
A fight between the scorned ex and Lauberova, who was previously scheduled to fight on a Clash of the Stars card, is reportedly in the works for a future event in September.
‘Unfortunately he cannot accept that after all this we will no longer be here. Anyway, he obviously still loves me, but I don’t…the end.’ She wrote on Instagram.
“Anyway, just to let you know what happened so you can get a picture with Lukas, I haven’t been there since January and I’ve had a great boyfriend since February.
