The The House of Stilled Blossom Rift is one of the many puzzles you will encounter in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of WisdomHere you must find all of Tri’s friends to free the Faron Wetlands and meet the deku thickets.
In this The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom guide, we help you find all five of Tri’s friends in Stilled Blossu’s House so you can continue your quest to save Link, along with the rest of Hyrule.
Walk through Stilled Blossu’s House
While you can collect the next five of Tri’s friends in any order – since they aren’t specifically numbered – we’ve ordered them to minimize the amount of running back and forth through the chasm. If you’re not sure which of Tri’s friends you’re missing, check out the screenshots below to quickly find the ones you’ve already visited.
Tri’s Friend #1 Location
When you first land in Stilled Blossu’s House, you’ll see some web bridges ahead of you and two spiders guarding you on either side. The web bridges will slow you down as you walk across them, so try to use a ranged ally – like a crow — to defeat them both.
Once the spiders are dead, head to the poisonous bush in the sea of grass. Here you can opt for more powerful melee tools, such as a sword moblin. Once it’s dead, you’ll see the first of Tri’s friends stuck behind a web in the wall. Set a coppersmith next to the web to set it on fire and remove the barrier. Be aware that you will likely set the nearby grass on fire if you do this, so let it burn out before you step in.
Enter the small bay to free Tri’s first friend.
Tri’s Friend #2 Location
Tri’s second friend is just to the left of the first. Climb up the wall and you’ll see a purple poisonous bush under some webs in an alcove between the two climbable cliffs. Jump into the alcove and use a melee fighter as a sword moblin to get it out.
When the bush dies, it will drop the second of Tri’s friends. Collect them and move on to friend #3.
Tri’s Friend #3 Location
To the left of Tri’s friend #2, you’ll find the purple blob with Tri’s friend #3 just sitting in the open field on the plateau. The problem – aside from a little jump – is that Tri’s friends are guarded by deku baba, the carnivorous plants that you have to uproot with Bind to defeat them.
Pull the first Deku Baba out of the dirt so you can reach the platform. Carefully uproot the other two enemies here (be sure to watch your feet and not fall). Once they’re all gone, save Tri’s friend #3 before continuing.
Tri’s Friend #4 Location
Head back to where you freed Tri’s friend #2 and climb up the cliff. Defeat the enemies here to save yourself a headache, then keep climbing up to the second platform (make sure to lure Deku Baba at the top so he doesn’t eat you). Once you’re up, take the ladder down to the platform for a 2D puzzle section.
Your goal here is to get to the far left of the map, but you’ll have to defeat some enemies along the way. Use a trusty echo like the sword mobile line to get it all out, and then a beach tula to make a web rope to the top part of the path on the far left.
Once you reach the top, use a bombfish to blow open the blocks before using another one beach tula to climb to the next level. Take out the deku baba and then use another bombfish to blow open the shadowy block where Tri’s friend #4 lives.
Once you rescue Tri’s friend here, head back to the 3D section to find the last one.
Tri’s Friend #5 Location
To the right of the cave where you found Tri’s friend #4, you’ll find some burning platforms. Carefully stack some water blocks on your current platform, swim over it and drop the water blocks to extinguish the platforms in front of you. Then just jump over the now safe platforms to reach a small, square block. You will see Tri’s friend #5 trapped under a web in the ground.
First use an ally to take out the nearby spider, then use the bombfish one last time to blow open the web. Jump in and free Tri’s friend #5. Tri will then teleport you back to the main entrance of the chasm before rewarding you with two Might Crystals and a free ride back to Hyrule.
When you land, you’ll be greeted by Blossu and a few other deku, who aren’t too happy to see you and throw you in jail. Check out our guide on how to escape Deku Scrub Lockup and our Faron Temple walkthrough afterward.
