Earlier this month, social media star Andie Towner, who has amassed more than 257,000 followers on Instagram thanks to her wedding advice, shared her predictions for the coming year.
Instead of extravagant wedding celebrations that stretch over entire weekends, the expert said couples will be stripping down this year.
Wedding planner Georgie Mitchell debunked The Bridal Journey’s controversial 2023 wedding trends list, which claimed that brides walked down the aisle alone and ditching their bridesmaids.

She said: ‘The girlfriends are still blowing them up everywhere. There’s something romantic about ribbons and pearls!

According to the creator of The Bridal Journey, boho wedding themes and neutral decorations will be swapped for more color this year.
However, Georgie urged couples to ignore decorating trends and focus on making it personal for them.
She said: ‘My most important rule for weddings is that it’s your day. It doesn’t matter if the bohemian style is in or the ties are out: the day is to show you and your partner.
