Julia Louis-Dreyfus is also returning to her MCU role, although she didn’t play her character, Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, in the first Black Panther movie.
She previously played the Contessa in the Black Widow movie and on The Falcon and The Winter Soldier series. She assembles her own team of super-individuals to compete with the Avengers.
As for new actors joining the MCU, Boston Legal star Lake Bell will play a character called Dr. Graham.

Walking Dead star Travis Love also appears in the film as M’Bele, a high-ranking member of the Jabari tribe led by M’Baku (Winston Duke). He attends a Wakandan council meeting.
And finally, West Wing star Richard Schiff will play the US Secretary of State in the film.
