From today, shoppers can order goods from five stores in London: Finchley Road, West Hampstead, Clerkenwell, St Katharine Docks and Greenwich.
The offer will be rolled out to more than 200 stores in the UK by the end of August. James Bailey, executive director at Waitrose, said: ‘On-demand shopping continues to grow in popularity with our customers.’
Shoppers can order groceries from Asda, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Iceland and Morrisons via Uber Eats. Tesco has its own fast delivery service Whoosh.
