Vogue Williams has shared a glimpse of her intensive daily health regime during her festive holiday in Scotland.
During her week at the Glen Affric Estate, where the couple married in 2018, Vogue made the most of the lakeside location.
Together with Spencer and their family and friends, she challenges herself to take a dip in the ice-cold lake every day.

The TV and radio star, 38, has spent the holidays with her husband Spencer Matthews and their three children at the Matthews family estate in Scotland
Vogue stripped down to a black bikini and showed off her gym-honed figure as she shivered by the water's edge.
The clips showed the star struggling to muster up the courage to enter the water before remaining underwater for a full minute.
To show how far she's come, Vogue shared other clips of her previous days' attempts, admitting some were “terrible.”
“My ice cream diaries,” she captioned the post. 'I hate cold water and don't like being cold. I even think the sea in Spain is cold in the summer.'
“I'm saying I brought this up to @spencermatthews, who's sitting there like a duck, happy as Larry. Some days I was TERRIBLE, today I managed it for a while it sure makes you feel so good!'
Vogue and Spencer shared updates about their stay at the Glen Affric Estate, which Spencer's father David Matthews purchased in 2018.
The main house is set amid a 25,000-acre peninsula and a lake of the same name, 15 miles west of Loch Ness.
David adopted the courtesy title of Laird from Glen Affric and immediately turned the estate into a luxury rental offering.
Meanwhile, Spencer and Vogue recently purchased their own new family home.

Just before Christmas, the couple were seen moving their furniture into their new home in Dublin after selling their property nearby for £1.1 million.
The new property is almost twice the size of their old home in Ireland and the family have moved there full-time after also selling their main residence in London for £6 million.
Although the price of the new home is not known, Vogue and Spencer will no doubt make a saving having paid £25,000 a year in service charges for their London home.
The couple own a third home in Jersey.
They have been married since 2018 and first met during training camp for the TV show The Jump in January 2017.
