Vogue Williams shuns planning feud to share bikini photos from family holiday to Spain – as she and husband Spencer Matthews are ordered to TAKE OFF tool shed in their £7m Jersey mansion

Vogue Williams dodged her legal woes on Thursday when she took to Instagram to share a sizzling bikini photo and adorable photos of her kids on her Spanish vacation.

The Irish model, 37, looked nothing short of sensational in a monochromatic bikini as she posed in front of a storm in a snap which she shared with her 1 million Instagram followers.

The star is on holiday in the commune of Sotogrande with her husband Spencer, 34, and their children Theodore, four, Gigi, two, and baby Otto, 16 months, whom she lovingly cuddled in a number of shots.

While she clearly loved life on the trip, trouble was brewing at home, as it was revealed earlier in the week that the couple have been commissioned to demolish a tool shed they built without planning permission on their £7 million estate in Jersey.

The pair sparked a fight with a neighbor after erecting the unauthorized building in a field near their five-bedroom home, which boasts a swimming pool, gym and snooker room.

Vogue looked fabulous in the black and white two piece outfit that highlighted her deep tan and toned physique throughout the trip.

She was also sweetly cuddling with her babies during the trip. At home, the couple received complaints about their home improvements.

An irate resident objected to Jersey Council, saying it was within a designated coastal conservation area and could be seen from nearby National Trust land.

Spencer applied for retroactive permission to keep the 18x15ft shed, but the neighbor called for it to be demolished.

Now officials have upheld the neighbor’s complaint and denied the application for retroactive permission for the 18x15ft shed and concrete paved surface.

Planning officer Jack Gibbins said: ‘The proposal has not clearly shown that the agricultural shed would be essential to the viability or functioning of the building and that existing buildings in reasonable proximity cannot be used for their intended purposes.

“While the use of the barn is understood, there is a balance between such use and protecting rural areas of the island from over-development.”

Spencer and Vogue bought their 15 acre estate in Jersey two years ago and also have homes in London and Howth, Ireland.

The complex consists of two apartments, a cottage, a 22 x 10 meter swimming pool, gym, sauna, six car garage, raised vegetable garden, paddock and 13 surrounding fields.

Spencer did not request permission for the “little farm implement shed” as he mistakenly assumed it was within the “inland yard” of his luxury home.

Disgruntled local resident Lyn Plaster had written an objection to the tool shed, calling for Matthews’ application to be rejected and the shed to be demolished.

Ms Plaster’s letter accused an agent acting on behalf of Matthews of falsely claiming that the shed cannot be seen from ‘all public areas’.

She wrote: ‘This does not appear to be correct as it is clearly visible from the north end of Les Chemin des Hougues and a number of points within the National Trust and associated lands, most of which are also within the Coastal Protected Area.’
